THR PNS Disbursed Immediately, Funds Already in Ministries and Institutions

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) ensures that the holiday allowance (THR) budget for Civil Servants (PNS) is available in advance.

Expert Staff for State Expenditure at the Ministry of Finance Made Arya Wijaya said that the budget THR PNS it even exists and has been distributed to the relevant ministries or institutions. In the near future, THR will be liquidated.

“For THR payments, basically the budget has been allocated in each ministry or institution,” said Made Arya Wijaya when contacted by Kompas.com, Friday (15/4/2022).

He said the Ministry of Finance had prepared a mechanism for disbursing THR through implementing regulations. The plan is that the Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati will convey the mechanism on Saturday (16/4/2022).

“The disbursement mechanism has been prepared for the implementation rules. A detailed explanation will be delivered by the Minister of Finance on Saturday, April 16, 2022. Please listen carefully,” he said.

Previously reported, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) ensured that holiday allowances (THR) for civil servants (PNS) or state civil servants (ASN) would be disbursed in the near future.

This certainty regarding the disbursement of the 13th salary and THR applies to all ASN, TNI, Polri, regional ASN, retirees, pension recipients, and state officials.

In addition to THR, civil servants will also get a 13th salary and an additional 50 percent performance allowance (tukin). The allowance is given to active ASN, TNI, and Polri who have performance allowances.

In the President’s speech about THR and salaries of 13 in 2022, Jokowi also explained that technically the disbursement THR PNS 2022 regulated by the relevant agencies.

“Further provisions regarding the technical provision of THR and the 13th salary will be regulated by a Minister of Finance Regulation for those sourced from the APBN and a Regional Head Regulation for those sourced from the APBD,” Jokowi explained.
