“Now in five points of temporary accommodation there are 179 people, 128 of whom are children. The rest have left for their relatives,” the article says.
The day before, the area of fires did not exceed five thousand hectares, but the fire spread quickly.
“The liquidation of the fire is complicated by a strong squally wind,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation explained.
The fire spread to the villages of Dzhabyk and Zapasnoye in the Chelyabinsk region – 71 buildings burned down, including 46 residential buildings.
Now about 500 people and 115 pieces of equipment, as well as four fire trains are involved in the extinguishing of the fire.
