They also hung a banner with the inscription “We are all sick with football and die for Zenit.” It is reported that visitors to the stadium checked the temperature. “Zenith” won with a score of 7-1.
The Russian Football League, despite the threat of coronavirus, has not canceled matches this weekend. The possible introduction of a pause in the championship, however, is being discussed. All major European leagues have already announced a break, and the Champions League and Europa League have also been interrupted. UEFA will discuss on March 17 the postponement of the European Championship for next year.
