Residents who had been waiting for a long time immediately shouted hysterically and asked Jokowi to go on stage.

“Jokowi..Jokowi..Jokowi..Go on stage. Go on stage, Mr. Jokowi,” shouted residents.

Muhamad Ali, a resident of the city of Ende, admitted that he was very pleased with Jokowi’s presence. Moreover, he had been waiting at the stadium since this afternoon.

“I’ve been waiting here for a long time. Moreover, there is Pak Jokowi and the Slank band,” he said.

Muhamad said President Jokowi’s visit to Ende was not just a celebration of the birthday of Pancasila, but also a momentum for revival from the pandemic situation.

“We are already thirsty for Pak De’s entertainment. So far, activities have always been limited due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Tonight our longing is answered. Thank you Pak Jokowi,” he said.

On Thursday (2/6/2022), Jokowi departed from Ende for Waingapu, East Sumba.
