Without Covid vaccination certificates and a health status document, you will enter Greece from May 1. This was announced at an extraordinary briefing by Deputy Health Minister Mina Ganga.
The requirement for a Covid certificate and test when entering shops, restaurants and stadiums is eliminated.
Masks remain mandatory in enclosed public places and in transport. It is advisable to wear a mask outside, where many people gather at close range.
Unvaccinated workers will continue to take one antigen test a week to work. The same is true for teachers.
Pupils and students from May 1 will attend schools without testing, but with a mask.
If the situation improves, the masks are likely to fall off on June 1, Health Minister Plevris said.
