Details: Protesters are demanding the government do more to immediately release more than 130 hostages held by Palestinian terrorists in the Gaza Strip since the Oct. 7 attack and the resignation of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The rallies, organized by the Forum for Families of Hostages and Missing Persons, featured speakers who demanded an end to hostilities in the Gaza Strip and an exchange with Hamas for the return of the hostages.
Hamas is demanding a ceasefire as one of the prerequisites for any agreement, according to media reports.
The Tel Aviv rally was broadcast simultaneously with a protest outside Netanyahu’s private residence in Caesarea, where people shouted through megaphones: “Treaty, now!”
