PANDEMIC Covid-19 indeed requires people to strictly implement health protocols and travel to places where there are many people. However, the good news is that the success of the vaccine trials seems to bring new hope.
Launching the Times of India, there are more than 45 companies that are developing the Corona vaccine. Seven of them are already in the critical stages of launching, being seen as the most promising candidates.
However, it is possible that this vaccine may not be suitable for everyone, despite our best efforts. Keep in mind that there are also people who cannot, or are not advised to undergo the vaccination process, among others.
Vaccine allergy
People who have certain allergies, or suffer from threatening complications may be advised to wait before they get an experimental Covid-19 injection. Since this is the first time a Covid-19 vaccine has been developed, the likelihood of side effects will be higher than before.
Have an autoimmune disease
Vaccines work to protect those who have weak immunity or are in high-risk categories. However, people whose immunity is seriously compromised, suffer from chronic complications that can affect their immune function may not respond strongly.
Are under 14 years of age
Infants and toddlers can act as transmitters of Covid-19 and in rare cases, can even suffer life-threatening complications from the virus. Making vaccines for them is also important to reopen schools and recreation centers safely.
