Thomas Tuchel (49) starts the Mission Triple!
The new The Bayern coach entered the training ground on Säbener Strasse for the first time at 11:06 a.m. He called the journalist “Hello! Good morning! Tuchel came onto the pitch with quick steps and a hat. The coach wore a track jacket with his initials “TT”.
Tuchel put on a whistle and a stopwatch. Then he sought a conversation with his assistant trainer Arno Michels (55) and fitness boss Prof. Dr. Holger Broich (48). The new one checked the lawn, started at 11.10 a.m. with a speech and the training!

While Leroy Sané (27/not nominated for the DFB team after a low performance in the second half of the season) slowly trotted off, Tuchel started to kick his butt and hit his 49 million star very easily with the cleated shoe on the bottom. A big laugh!
In training, he motivated the superstar a lot – again and again with loud “Leeeerooooy” calls!

In the exercises that followed, Tuchel left nothing to chance: in the passing exercises, he corrected the smallest mistake or ball control with the wrong foot. Again and again he appealed to accuracy and concentration. He constantly corrects even the smallest mistakes!

Tuchel starts at Bayern!
The first unit as the new coach of the German record champions – still without his second assistant coach Zsolt Löw (43 / will join the coaching team permanently) and without desired assistant Anthony Berry (36 / still under contract with Chelsea).
The start of the preparation for the Bundesliga summit on Saturday (6.30 p.m. / Sky) against Borussia Dortmund. But Tuchel started with a small remaining squad!
In addition to Sané, there were only Thomas Müller (33), Bouna Sarr (31), keeper Sven Ulreich (34) and six youth players. Also surprisingly João Cancelo (28/just played for Portugal). The right-back repeatedly received praise from Tuchel – as did Sarr.
Also in training: returnee Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting (33). After three weeks with back problems and missing two games (Augsburg and Leverkusen), the striker is back in training.

Problem for Tuchel: He only has two training sessions with the entire team before the BVB cracker – on Friday the secret final training session and on Saturday morning a short tactical session while sweating.
Tuchel invited the media to his premiere on the pitch for 15 minutes. After that, he secretly trained with the team.

A week ago, sports director Hasan Salihamidzic (46) first contacted the 2021 Champions League winner (with Chelsea), then two days of negotiations with the consultants, the commitment on Thursday evening, the signature on Säbener Straße late on Friday and on Saturday noon the performance in the Allianz Arena.
After Tuchel was in London again briefly for private errands on Sunday and Monday, according to BILD information, he stopped by the training ground for meetings on Monday afternoon.
