Adjust the white balance to get your color.

The THISCovery team shares a great tip for capturing the sunrise on New Year’s Day like a photographer. First of all, you need to figure out the time the sun rises and arrive at the site at least 30 minutes before sunrise. When you take a camera, you need to find the best open spot by figuring out the direction of the rising sun and the height of the surrounding buildings. For normal cameras, you need to install a tripod to avoid image blur. For starters, setting the ISO speed to Auto and the shutter speed to around 1/125s is recommended because the exposure value is constantly changing as the sun rises. If you set the mode dial to P, the smart camera will take care of everything, so I recommend taking a picture with confidence. If you’re taking sunrise photos with a smartphone, select pro (Galaxy standard) mode on the camera, set the ISO to around 100 (the sharpest), and adjust the shutter speed appropriately while watching the screen. At this point, if you adjust the white balance, you can get your own color that suits your taste. For those who live in Seoul, we will also introduce you the best sunrise spots in Seoul where you can enjoy the sunrise on New Year’s Day without having to travel far, so check out the video.
