The Magdalena Cajamag Family Compensation Fund, in 2021 returned with a large part of its programming and activities in person, adjusting the provision of its services to the current regulations on biosafety and with the same commitment and efficiency as always.

This year, the Cajamag Theater reopened its doors and welcomed adults, young people and children with musical shows, theater and general entertainment.

Likewise, education services were offered again in the classroom, reuniting teachers and students in an optimal space for learning.

The return to the presence, made it possible not only to teach in the physical venues, but also to celebrate the achievement of the students through the degree ceremonies that were carried out in the Cajamag Theater for both high school graduates and labor technicians. .

Without a doubt, 2021 was a year of new and positive experiences for users, affiliated workers, beneficiaries, vulnerable population and affiliated companies of the Magdalena department.

The results are notorious in terms of social management with the services, programs and projects that impacted all affiliates in the department of Magdalena, specifically those in categories A and B. In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, since the areas of recreation, education, library, social credit, sports, preventive medicine, culture, theater, training, housing, subsidies and other Cajamag services, we will continue working and innovating with the legal resources represented in the contributions of our affiliated companies who helped us to expand the coverage of care to all beneficiaries of the family subsidy and to fulfill our corporate mission, serving 247,033 people in the entire department of Magdalena as of November. Of the total coverage, 68,238 were attended in person and 178,795 virtual.

The daily work of all the Caja’s human team was developed supported by the technological field that today can be had first-hand, and that in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic was essential to strengthen interaction and communication with all employers, beneficiaries, workers and the community in general.

They will continue to implement new digital tools that have made it possible to reach members and the community in general with all the services, developing processes such as: company and worker affiliations, credits, family subsidy payment activations, recreational, cultural, literary, educational and educational activities. applications for subsidies, both housing and unemployment.

Helping to improve the quality of life of the people of Magdalene is one of the fundamental pillars, for this reason, it was opportune to provide an unemployment benefit to the unemployed of the department who in recent years had a formal job and lost it, and who complied with the requirements stipulated in Art. 6 of Legislative Decree 488 of March 27, 2020, “By which labor order measures are dictated, within the State of Economic, Social and Ecological Emergency”, which was regulated by the Ministry of I work through Resolution 0853 of March 30, 2020, serving 3,816 unemployed people.

Also, days of nutritional, psychological and family support will be carried out for children between 0 to 6 years of age in vulnerable situations in the department of Magdalena through the Comprehensive Child Care program with assistance to 6,977 children and through the YULUXA Complementary School Day program, 611 O boys, girls, adolescents from public institutions were attended through radio and virtual activities in their environmental modalities, reading plan, bilingualism, artistic and cultural, sports training school and strengthening in mandatory areas, potentiating the training and skills of students in the department of Magdalena.

On the other hand, in the area of ​​the Cajamag Housing Subsidy, during this year it has delivered a total of 148 subsidies to affiliates of categories A and B. With these allocations made, they distributed resources in the order of $ 3,723,139,548 million pesos .

Despite the health emergency caused by Covid-19, we have normally developed applications for the housing subsidy in a virtual way for easy access by our affiliates.

Likewise, attendance will be developed in person for members who need to carry out their procedures in this way at the administrative headquarters of Santa Marta and municipalities, abiding by the biosafety protocols established by the control entities.

Finally, we reaffirm our commitment to the corporate mission for the benefit of our affiliated workers and vulnerable population, implementing technological tools for the timely provision of our services, and achieving the objective of coverage through digitization.
