He said that Pakistan has to pay 70 billion dollars in the next three years, if we take the exports to 100 billion dollars in the next seven to eight years, then we will take off, but Pakistan failed to increase exports, the government and the private sector. We can work together, we have to work together for economic development, let’s work together to make Pakistan a three trillion dollar economy.
He said that we are meeting all the expenses by borrowing, the budget for pension is 800 billion and for running government affairs is 700 billion rupees, 900 billion for subsidies, defense expenditure is 1800 billion rupees, 1200 billion in the form of transfers to the provinces. There is an expenditure of Rs., Pakistan needs to increase exports and investment.
Ahsan Iqbal said that we want to eliminate the unnecessary regulations, the way must be cleared for the private sector, the annual revenue of Pakistan is 7 thousand billion rupees, this year we need 8 thousand billion rupees to pay off the debts. I also have a loss of one thousand billion rupees.
Ahsan Iqbal said that the Prime Minister will soon visit Saudi Arabia, after which the Saudi Crown Prince is expected to visit Pakistan. Saudi Arabia will soon invest five billion dollars.
