STRASBOURG, KOMPAS.com – One woman of France this confesses Beaten by three people Men for wearing year when about to go home.
The woman, identified only as Elisabeth, was originally walking home to Strasbourg two weeks ago when she was attacked.
Elisabeth described how she was intercepted, and held by two men while a third perpetrator beat her because they were angry with the way she was dressed.

“One of the three men said to his friend ‘see this prostitute wearing a skirt’,” Elisabeth told France Blue.
Woman The 22-year-old said he then responded to what he meant before yelling at him to close his mouth and just looking down.
Elisabeth described how two of the perpetrators held her hand while she was beaten on face before the three fled.
The girl who is a foreign language student said, there were about a dozen eye witnesses who saw the incident. However, they didn’t help him.
Reported Daily Mirror Sunday (27/9/2020), Elisabeth stressed that he would not let the attack destroy his confidence.
“We shouldn’t feel like we lost. We have to keep doing what we want. Like wearing a skirt,” he explained.
After news of the beating broke out, the French government insisted that its citizens were free to wear whatever they pleased.
Government spokesman Gabriel Attal said they could not be restrained and confined in relation to certain clothing.
“We certainly cannot accept that in France, there are still people who feel in danger, harassed, and even threatened because of the way they wear,” he said.
Meanwhile, Junior Minister of Home Affairs Marlence Schiappa to France Blue Alsace said Elisabeth was not attacked because she wore a skirt.
“She was beaten as a woman because there were still people who were misogynistic, abusive, cruel and felt that they could be free from punishment,” she said.
