“My parents used to be when I was little: ‘every time I wake up, I usually drink water, drink lots of water, don’t drink colored drinks.’ Me: pait is not good,” wrote Lisa in her video upload.

Because she doesn’t like to drink this water, Lisa must have serious health problems. At the age of only 21 years, he was sentenced to have kidney failure.

Lisa told her experience that she didn’t like drinking water and then it ended up in kidney failure. At first, Lisa didn’t think she had serious kidney problems.

In 2019, Lisa had an accident but a few weeks after the accident, she experienced pain in her body. Even after taking painkillers, the pain is still unbearable.

“I’ve been taking pain relievers, how come it’s not getting better, usually I take medicine once or twice once it’s healed,” said Lisa.

He then checked his condition at the hospital. The doctor who handled her suggested a lab check and ultrasound, from here it was discovered that Lisa had kidney failure.

“The doctor suggested to check the lab and so on. Then I was ordered to have an ultrasound with an internal medicine doctor. The doctor said that after this ultrasound, whatever the results, you have to wash your blood,” said Lisa imitating the doctor.

From here, Lisa had to routinely undergo dialysis twice a week for the rest of her life. Lisa revealed that one of the causes of her kidney failure was because she didn’t like drinking water.

“If you drink, you must drink bottled water, which is like packaged drinks (price) of a thousand like that. It’s because drinking water makes you feel nauseous, especially if it’s not cold, it makes you want to throw up,” said Lisa.

Now after experiencing kidney failure, Lisa actually really likes to drink water.

“Now I like water, so I really like it. I feel like I regret it, why didn’t I like water, why only now I have been sick and then I like water, “I confessed Lisa.

Furthermore, Lisa explained that her kidney failure was also influenced by several other factors besides the lack of water consumption. One of them is because Lisa also has a history of high blood pressure since she was in the second grade of high school.

Now that she is in pain, Lisa sends a message to many people to learn from her experience. Lisa advised to consume lots of water and reduce drinking bottled drinks and energy drinks.

“The message for friends is to stay healthy, don’t forget to drink water, then if you have a history of hypertension or whatever, please check with the doctor, it must be controlled because kidney failure is a lot because of hypertension, so keep eating less fast food, drinking drinks Energy drinks are for men, please stop because many of my colleagues who are dialysis patients have kidney failure because of energy drinks,” concluded Lisa.(Red)
