And hey, that’s 2021’s history. There is little doubt about what has characterized Oslo the most in the past year. Last year started fresh with a stop to drinking and social closure. Maximum ten guests in private homes.
The pubs did not open until May, then with strict rules. And then, in September, came the real “reopening day”, with a party and chaos. Little did we know that a new shutdown was lurking a few months later.
