Another point to take into account is that the authorities of the Convention Center authorized a presence of three hundred and fifty people participating in the event, so that each designated athlete may attend accompanied by two people of their choice, asking in this case, understanding regarding this issue and not incurring in involuntary absences and outside the organization.
