“This was not foreseen”affirmed this Thursday the presenter of the TVE evening newscast, Carlos Franganillo, after observing live for the first time the end of a cultural report by his colleague Carlos del Amor in which some images of a young Franganillo appeared from the Congress of the Deputies.
The report, broadcast on the nightly news program of public television, rescued images from RTVE’s historical archive and featured characters such as Clint Eastwood, Sofía Loren, Truman Capote, Fraga, Felipe González, Borges, Gloria Fuertes, Yul Brynner and “a pipiolo Carlos Franganillo”, as stated by Carlos del Amor himself on his Twitter account.
“They will sound like a young promise of television who has just arrived in Madrid”, said the end of the cultural report, which gave way to archive images of the program ‘Los Desayunos de TVE’ from more than a decade ago (Franganillo joined TVE in 2008), in which Pepa Bueno gave way to Carlos Franganillo, who made a live connection from the Congress of Deputies.
“This … this is not going to forgive us”, ends the report, which made the presenter of the ‘Telediario’ blush, who resumed his return to the studio with a smile and a “this was not planned.”
