On September 2, Migue Granados celebrated his birthday in a very special way. As part of the celebrations, the production of the streaming channel Olga surprised the host of Soñé que volaba with the presence of former members of two of the most remembered pop groups of the beginning of the century: Bandana and Mambrú.
Floricienta said she was absent. Why wasn’t Florencia Bertotti at Cris Morena Day?
Just a few days after the recent Cris Morena Day, a tribute format that has already become a hallmark of the channel, this Monday saw the Bandana & Mambrú Day. During the event, there were illustrious guests who surprised everyone by recreating some of the songs of both groups and some previously unpublished details were also revealed.
In the case of Mambrú, the former members who were present at the emotional moment were Germán Tripel, Milton Amadeo, Emanuel Ntka and Pablo Silberberg. Gerónimo Rauch was the only absentee since he was not in the country.
As for Bandana, the situation was almost the opposite. Of its five original members, only Virginia da Cunha and Lourdes Fernández (known artistically as Lowrdez) attended. Meanwhile, Lissa Vera, Valeria Gastaldi and Ivonne Guzmán decided not to participate.
The singers present spoke with Olga’s team and told some long-standing secrets, such as the relationship between Amadeo and Da Cunha for almost three years. “We were dating for almost three years. The first two years we had a secret romance and the truth is that it was shit. I couldn’t go out for coffee, we couldn’t go out for ice cream. We lived in the car, I had to stay downstairs, it was a SWAT operation,” she recalled.
Amadeo, meanwhile, acknowledged why he decided to leave the group shortly after winning the reality show Popstars, the television program from which both projects emerged. “Soon after forming the group, with all the fuss and everything… I got fed up with the whole thing. I wasn’t prepared for that. And the truth is that I came from a much lower profile than them, than Tripa or Gero. I played Jazz, Spinetta songs and… then Mambrú,” he recalled with humor.

Guests and luxury closing
Among the guests who supported the presence of the musicians, two who stood out were Coscu (Martín Di Salvo) and Laura Esquivel.
The streamer surprised with his performance of A veces, a song he shared with Granados, Fernando Dente and Benjamín Amadeo. In a later post shared by Olga, the singer highlighted Di Salvo’s work with a humorous comment: “Dude, you’re going to take my job.”
For her part, the remembered protagonist of Patito feo, who recently presented her most recent album, stood out at the front of a powerful version of Cómo puede ser that was also highlighted on social media.
To close, the former members of Mambrú and the former members of Bandana (who also sang Si mi corazón se pierde and Llega la noche) shared an emotional version of El poder de los sueños, a ballad that closed this tribute intended for Migue Granados but shared by thousands of people who followed the event.
