Gala has given us goosebumps during her Blind Audition, but unfortunately she has not managed to get any of the four coaches to turn their chairs, leaving her on the verge of entering La Voz 2024.
The 22-year-old performed ‘I will never love again’ and showed us her beautiful voice. She has everything to succeed in the contest, and the coaches have made this clear to her. Antonio Orozco, in several of his interventions, has pointed out that Gala has made some mistakes that have caused them not to turn around “by thousandths of a second.”
“What a shame about the mistakes,” lamented Orozco when they were about to say goodbye to Gala. When the talent revealed that she comes from a family of musicians and that she likes to sing boleros, the coaches became curious, asking her to return to the centre of the stage to sing something in which she feels comfortable and confident.
Before Gala sang ‘La gata bajo la lluvia’, Orozco approached the talent one last time to remind her of those small mistakes, causing Gala to explode: “But tell me the mistakes, it’s just that I felt fine,” said the talent, leaving the coach speechless.
Gala has amazed us with this second performance and the coaches were clear: they have given her a second chance to repeat her Blind Audition. Will she succeed in making anyone turn their chair next time? Anything can happen in this new edition of The Voice!
