It is with such audacity and a pinch of madness that Réserve Naturelle, in collaboration with the online wine merchant Déserteur, invites you to try sake and raclette on 29 October.

The afternoon is likely to stretch into the evening. On site, you can sample four carefully selected types of sake and try three elaborate dishes to accompany the sake. There will be a plate of smoked mackerel, soft-boiled egg puree, apple, radish, dill, a plate of raclette and salami and a plate of tatsoi salad, chioggia beet, basil, walnut oil and a plate of raclette and vegetables for the vegetables . It will cost $ 13 per glass of sake, $ 21 for 3 half glasses of sake and $ 46 for 3 courses and 3 half glasses.

The curious combination of sake and raclette is super surprising. As we know, a raclette dish alone is pretty great. With its potatoes, pickled vegetables, cured meats, pickles and (of course) a ton of cheese, raclette is a hit. Apparently, the combination of raclette and sake turns out to be very umami and enhances the flavors of the dish. It is best to try it to test it!

Reservation is not required to attend the event. On Instagram, the organizers specify that the event is open to everyone, regardless of their level of knowledge of sake.

Take advantage of your visit to the bar to get a few bottles of wine or cider for the house.
