This prisoner who escaped was arrested again after leaving when he wanted to buy a Call of Duty game

INDOZONE.ID – A man named Clint Butler who is a convict who has served 14 years from a 17-year sentence for robbery and possession of weapons escaped from Spring Hill Prison, Buckinghamshire on November 28, 2020.

However, on January 13, 2021, Clint was arrested by British police and also referred to as an “idiot” because of the nature of his arrest.

That’s because Clint and his friend were arrested when he came out of hiding to buy a copy of “Call of Duty: Black Ops: Cold War”. West Midlands Police, Wednesday (10/3/2021).

“I came to get a new Call of Duty because I can’t sit still in a locked place,” the statement added.

The police first suspected the fugitive when they saw Clint come out during the lockdown, looking sneaky when he saw the police. When the police questioned him, he kicked one of them in the groin and tried to run away but they quickly caught him.

He gave a false name before admitting who he was and that he escaped from the HMP Spring Hill open-air prison in Buckinghamshire.

The police couldn’t believe that the man had actually come out of hiding to buy the video game.

“Why he decided to risk being returned to prison by making the stupid decision to come to town during a lockdown with a friend to buy a video game will remain a mystery,” the policeman said.
