On May 21, 1927, the American Charles Lindbergh, then aged 25, made the very first crossing of the North Atlantic by plane, without a stopover. A new Paris-New York connection announced in five humorous clips

To promote this new connection, the company has produced five short videos with a humorous tone, with the slogan: “Crossing the Atlantic is a thousand times better today than a thousand years ago”. We see a Norwegian taking the plane today, with all the comfort boasted by the company, and the same Norwegian aboard a longship, a millennium ago.

Sometimes stuck between two other Vikings, sometimes nauseous because of turbulence at sea, the Norwegian travels between eras and can only see the comfort offered by Norse Atlantic Airways.

General knowledge quiz: do you really know the Vikings?

This is not the first time that the airline has used the image of Scandinavian explorers, since its logo is directly inspired by the Oseberg boat, this Viking ship discovered in a large burial mound near the Oseberg farm, in Norwayat the beginning of the 20th century.
