An annual collection of information. Organized by INSEE, the next population census will take place from February 16 to 22, 2025. On this occasion, the commune of Frouzinsnear Toulouse, is launching a call for applications to recruit census takers.
A two-month vacation contract
Carried out every year, the census allows us to know how many people live in France and to establish the legal population of each municipality (municipal population and total population).
It also provides information on population characteristics : age, profession, means of transport used, housing conditions… From these figures comes the State participation in the municipal budget.
Knowledge of these statistics is also an element that allows us to prepare public decisionsin particular those relating to necessary collective facilities (housing, early childhood, elderly people, means of transport, etc.).
In practice, INSEE organizes and controls the census, municipalities prepare and carry out data collection. To do this, they use census takersdefine collection areas and organize the material and logistical aspects.
As such, the municipality of Frouzins is recruiting 30 temporary workers available in the evening and on Saturday, loving contact and dialogue and if possible, having a personal vehicle. For more details, visit ici.
