This man treated a family he didn’t know with meals and rides

Jakarta

Giving a free ride to a foreign family you meet. This man also gave the family an all-you-can-eat meal, this act of kindness went viral.

Just like the relationship between Malaysia and Indonesia, which often swings from culture to culinary heritage. India and Pakistan also have the same relationship.

But that doesn’t apply to a Pakistani man named Tahir Khan, who provides free rides to a family in Hyderabad, India.

Even though Khan didn’t know this family, and they were foreigners who weren’t from Pakistan, Khan still gave them a ride to their destination.

Before arriving at his destination, Khan made sure that all family members did not starve along the way. Finally he invited them to eat at his favorite restaurant, he deliberately chose an Indian restaurant, so that the family would be happy.

There Khan treated them to a lot of food. Like the typical Hyderabadi rice biryani, he also buys the sweet gulab jamun, popular in Pakistan and India. Not to forget that Khan has bought them all a rice pudding called Kheer which is sweet and savory.

“I didn’t expect to receive such good treatment as you gave me. I love Pakistan,” one of the family members praised.

Khan also explained that the biryani rice sold in Pakistan was actually inspired by typical Hyderabadi rice.
