ZLATOUST, KOMPAS.com – A man on Russia bear to kill wife in front of her children, and then sent a photo of her body to in-laws.
Because of his actions, the man identified as Dmitry Sergeev was jailed for three years for the murder of his wife, Svetlana Sergeeva.
After torturing Svetlana in front of their five year and 10 month old children to death, Sergeev took the photo corpse the wife and send it to the in-laws.
The killings that took place in Zlatoust were reported The Sun Friday (20/11/2020), the man wrote that his wife was “drunk” to his in-laws.
Neighbors said they immediately came to the house and found Svetlana on the floor with her children crowding “trying to wake her up”.
According to court documents, the incident occurred after Sergeev came home drunk after partying with his friends.
After Svetlana reportedly refused to let him in, the perpetrator became angry and walked in after previously breaking the glass.
The court then heard testimony about how the husband was angry with his wife’s actions, and decided to punish her by torturing her.

Cruel attack
Svetlana’s five-year-old son reportedly told his grandfather how Sergeev hit Svetlana, leaving him unable to stand up again.
After torturing the wife to death, Sergeev took a photo of her body and showed it not only to her in-laws, but also to her neighbors.
To Russian media, Natalia Kocheva, who is one of the neighbors, revealed how the perpetrator showed a still photo of Svetlana.
“He showed it while writing ‘he died of drunkenness’. I checked into his house and found him lying on the floor,” said Kocheva.
He recounts how his infant son crawled closer to him, with his son Matvey trying to wake his mother.
Kocheva described how she saw that Svetlana’s chest was motionless, which made her realize that she was also not breathing.
He immediately asked Sergeev to call an ambulance, which came and declared him dead before calling the police.
In the incident that took place in 2019, the results of a forensic examination stated that Svetlana died of a heart attack while being tortured.
On November 11, a local court judge found Sergeev guilty of torture and accidental death.
He was later sentenced to three years in prison, during which he had already spent one year, so he just had to finish the rest.
Svetlana’s father, Anatoly Chiglinstev, was irritated by the verdict for being too lenient and promised to appeal.
“This is clearly deliberate murder. What’s more, he’s trying to hide his crime by wiping his blood,” complained Chiglinstev.
