Before he died, Stephen Harmon joked about the pandemic and the circulating vaccines. He shared a meme saying he believed in the Bible more than an infectious disease expert.

RAKYATKU.COM – A man of the United States (USA) who made fun of COVID-19 vaccine on social media, passed away after a month battling COVID-19.
During his lifetime, Stephen Harmon-who was active as a member of Hillsong Church in California-was known to be vocal against the COVID-19 vaccine.
He even made some sarcastic jokes about the vaccine. “I have 99 problems, but vaccines are not one of them,” tweeted Harmon during his lifetime to his 7,000 followers last June.

However, later the 34-year-old man was treated after contracting pneumonia and COVID-19 at a hospital outside the City of Los Angeles.
He breathed his last on Wednesday (21/7/2021). In the days leading up to his death, Harmon documented his struggles for life by posting a photo of himself in a hospital bed.
“Please pray for everyone. They really want to insert the hose and put the ventilator in,” he said.

In his last tease, Wednesday (21/7/2021), Harmon said he had decided to use a respirator. “Do not know when I will wake up, please pray,” he wrote.
In the midst of his fight against COVID-19, Harmon still insisted on refusing to be vaccinated. According to him, “Faith and religious belief will protect him.”
Before he died, Harmon joked about the pandemic and the circulating vaccines. He shared a meme while saying that he believes in the Bible more than the infectious disease expert in the US, namely Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Hillsong Church founder Brian Houston shared the news of Harmon’s death in a tweet.
“Ben has shared with us the heartbreaking news that our dear friend, Stephen Harmon, has passed away from Covid. It’s heartbreaking,” said Houston.
In an Instagram post, Houston recalled Harmon.
“He is the most generous person I know and he has so much ahead of him,” Houston wrote.
“He always attended football matches and he will be remembered by many. RIP.”
Houston added that the church encourages all members to follow their guidelines or doctors.
