“Bennie Jolink has something anarchic about him. Many people have this image of him and were amazed at his rigid judgment. If they don’t expect it, the reactions are more intense. The image that many people have of Jolink is that he is suspicious of authority. Many people thought they had an ally in this. This statement turns out not to be the case and that is shocking. If the shock is great enough, such a statement feels more like betrayal. Incidentally, the camp that agrees with Jolink is just as surprised about his post.”
