Police have arrested three suspects murder girl wrapped in duct tape and crushed on Cihara beach, Lebak, Banten. Police said the perpetrator deliberately put duct tape around the victim’s face to mask the smell.

“The results of the autopsy are available now, so it appears that there was a murder, but we have not decided it yet for the later investigation process. So there are bruises on both hands, legs, stomach. If the results of the investigation are forensic examination also for the ears, nose and mouth, they were closed so that there is no smell,” said Cilegon Police Chief AKBP Kemas Indra Natanegara, Saturday (21/9/2024).

The girl’s body was presumed dead two days before she was found dead. The bruises found on the victim’s body were caused by a blunt object.

“The information is that the victim was found on Thursday and is believed to have died 2 days ago,” he said.

“There were also bruises caused by blunt objects, but if it was for rape and so on, when we examined the intimate parts of the victim, there were none,” he continued.

3 Suspected perpetrators arrested

Earlier, the police arrested three suspects in the murder of a girl who was found with her face wrapped in duct tape on the beach of Cihara, Lebak, Banten. Meanwhile, the two suspects are still being hunted.

“So, although we have arrested three suspects, we still have two people who are still chasing them. So we cannot yet decide if there is one or how many people have committed the crime,” said AKBP Kemas Cilegon Police Chief Indra Natanegara, Saturday (21/21/2017). 9/202).

The police are still investigating the three suspects who committed the crime. The cause of the girl child’s murder is still being investigated.
