Krishna Murti said National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo ordered his team to leave for Cambodia to escort these Indonesian nationals back to the country.
“We have communicated with the ambassador, at this time the Indonesian Embassy in Cambodia has handled this properly and on the instructions of the Indonesian National Police Chief, has sent the Interpol NCB team with the management and criminal and investigative investigators of North Sulawesi to carry out the investigation,” Krishna Murti said.
Former Wakapolda Lampung said that the National Police led by Interpol Polri Secretary Brigadier General Amur Chandra will leave for Cambodia to oversee the repatriation process of Indonesian nationals.
“Tomorrow (Sunday) morning the Interpol NCB team will go to Cambodia to help with the repatriation process,” he said.
