From January 2022, the minimum wage increased by PLN 210 gross and amounts to PLN 3,010. But the minimum wage is higher for a second reason as well. After introducing tax changes as part of the “Polish Order”, the net calculation of the national lowest is more favorable for the employee. The tax changes introduced as part of the Polish Deal program, of course, also translated into the residents of Bydgoszcz and its vicinity. We present net calculations for the minimum wage and higher wages in the gallery.
Regulation of the Council of Ministers on the minimum wage in 2022:
From January 1, 2022, the minimum remuneration for work is PLN 3010. From January 1, 2022, the minimum hourly rate is PLN 19.70 “.

Check how the net salaries of Poles will be affected by the tax changes provided for in the “Polish Lada”. **We present the calculations in the gallery
