Users who refuse the WhatsApp T & Cs will still be able to keep their account. However, they will be deprived of certain features on the application. WhatsApp will not access your calls or messages
In a statement, WhatsApp urged users to think twice before deleting their accounts.
“If you want to delete your account on Android, iPhone or KaiOS, we hope you will reconsider your decision. We are not able to undo this operation, as it erases your message history, removes you from all your WhatsApp groups and deletes your WhatsApp backups ”, lit-on.
