Cyrus was seen sporting an oversized tee over a white tee, multi-colored patterned cropped pants, her bleached-blonde hair pulled up in a messy bun for a stroll, and bejeweled sandals.
Her boyfriend had his signature unruly hair in an arty mess, and Morando also wore a white T-shirt, along with navy pants.
