This is what Kang the Conqueror, the villain looks like in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumia

After ending the first season, Loki introduced a new concept in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The concept is called a ‘variant’ which denotes an alternative version of a character in the MCU.

This concept will be further explained through the presence of Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors) who is confirmed to appear on the show Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania as villains. As is known, Loki introduced a variant of Kang the Conqueror dubbed He Who Remains in episode 6 of the series.

Andy Park, who is Director of Visual Development & Concept Artist at Marvel Studios recently revealed the first look of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumia. In the uploaded poster, you can see the appearance of Ant-Man, Wap, Cassie, and Kang the Conqueror.

Kang the Conqueror is known to be one of the oldest villains in Marvel Comics. He debuted in 1964 in Avengers #8. He is described as the ruler of space and time and the conqueror of the Multiverse in his comics.

Origin Kang the Conqueror known to be a scientist named Nathaniel Richards from the 31st century. He often interacts with Marvel superheroes by taking on multiple identities as villains.

Apart from Kang the Conqueror, one other thing that stole the attention is the return of Cassie Lang, who is the daughter of Scott Lang or Ant-Man. However, in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumia, a teenager Cassie will be played by a different actress than Cassie in Endgame.

In the poster revealed by Andy Park, we can see Cassie wearing a costume similar to Ant-Man. The difference is, the costumes are purple and black.

It is known, Cassie does have powers like Scott, namely Stature or Stinger. This makes it even more curious what Cassie’s role will be in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumia.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania It is scheduled to be released on February 17, 2023.
