The Polish music industry is not short of figures who leave a lasting mark on history. One of them is the undeniably talented Izabela Trojanowskaa versatile artist, a vocalist with an extraordinary voice and charisma. Her music, style and personality contributed to establishing her position as an icon of the Polish music scene and today, everyone knows who Izabela Trojanowska is. She was born in 1955 in Olsztyn and, interestingly, she comes from a family with musical traditions. The vocalist’s mother sang and played the guitar, and her father played the violin. As a little girl, Trojanowska sang songs by Anna German and Sława Przybylska, went to rhythm and dance classes, and at the age of 10 she began singing in the cathedral choir. However, her musical career began in earnest in the 70s, when in 1971 she was appreciated and received the Maksymilian Kolbe Award from Karol Wojtyła at the Sacrosong Festival of Sacred Song in Chorzów.
