His first Sanremo festival dates back to 2010 when he participated with the song For all life, which finished fourth.
And he’s come a long way since then. Perhaps many will remember the more rounded forms of the first singer. It is not the first time that a famous person has put forward a specific type of diet, we also remember the case of Fiorello, (which is right arrived in Sanremo ) and the Cancellation of Dieta.
Let’s find out how she did it and what Noemi eats to keep fit after losing 15 kg
Noemi’s diet: what the singer eats
Many people wonder how the well-known and popular Roman singer Noemi managed to lose weight. On January 25, the red-haired artist turned 40 but sports an exceptional physique.
Noemi’s diet: here’s what she eats and how she lost 15 kg
And according to what the singer herself said, the credit goes to the Meta diet and Tabata training. In particular, thanks to this method or dietary protocol studied by nutritionist Monica Germani, the singer was able to get back in shape.
The Meta diet, whose name stands for Medical Education Transform Action, aims to educate the patient emotionally and take a different approach to food. The aim is also to modify the action of the metabolism, allowing very rapid weight loss, even 4 kg in one week, without creating imbalances in the body.
But what then does the Red Roman Singer eat?
In the meantime, it should be noted that Noemi relies on the advice of her nutritionist, Monica Germani, who, according to her, is not in favor of diets that are too drastic and tend to reduce her energy needs too much. In addition, Germani does not eliminate carbohydrates but on the contrary, proposes not to upset the habits at the table, learning at the same time to consume nutritious meals and gradually modifying the eating style. Moreover, among the advice offered by the nutritionist, there is that of playing tricks. This is to compensate with a lighter meal if we plan to eat out for lunch or dinner, with the consequence of introducing more calories. If, on the other hand, we know that we cannot eat at home, we choose simple foods: toast, a smoothie and a handful of almonds.
Let’s discover a typical day of Noemi’s menu of around 1300/1400 calories.
Let’s start with breakfast, the first meal of the day is to introduce a light yogurt with a spoonful of unrefined cereals or muesli, to which we add a handful of dried fruit. Otherwise, a whole rusk and a teaspoon of sugar-free jam. You can accompany everything with a homemade fruit juice such as orange or pomegranate juice. Then a cup of green tea with a teaspoon of honey or a coffee that can be sweetened with either honey or a teaspoon of brown sugar.
At mid-morning snack, a seasonal fruit, unsweetened, and a few almonds. Otherwise a centrifuged smoothie or vegetables and fruits.
At lunch, you can eat 50 grams of wholemeal pasta or brown rice seasoned with vegetables and a teaspoon of olive oil. We can add protein like half a portion of lentils or a small amount of lean ricotta. If you do not want to eat pasta, you can opt for a soup made only of legumes and accompany it with two slices of wholemeal bread. At the end of the meal either a square of dark chocolate or two walnuts.
For afternoon tea, you can choose a low-fat yogurt to accompany seasonal fruit.
At dinner we opt for proteins by choosing for example fried eggs (a couple) or 150 grams of fish or otherwise bresaola or white meat. We combine a small complete sandwich and a small potato. As an accompaniment, you can eat a plate of raw or cooked vegetables seasoned with a teaspoon of oil. At the end of the meal, you can treat yourself to a square of dark chocolate and or 2-3 dried fruits such as almonds or walnuts.
As you can easily guess, this diet is not that restrictive, but it also allows you to indulge in a little whim. However, the advice before embarking on a different diet is to trust a nutritionist.
