The celebrity heir will celebrate his 42nd birthday this year.
Vladimir, the grandson of Nonna Mordyukova and Vyacheslav Tikhonov, was born in the spring of 1981. The boys grew up in a creative family, and his relatives were known throughout the USSR. However, this did not make his childhood happy.
The fact is that at the age of 9, Vladimir lost his father, who suffered from alcohol addiction. Because of this, Nonna Mordyukova turned away from him and from his mother Natalia. She left the boy and her daughter-in-law alone in the cemetery after her son’s funeral and never saw them again.
Vladimir, after graduating from school, decided to follow in the footsteps of famous relatives and became an artist. First, he graduated from opera singing courses, and later became a student of GITIS. Today, Vladimir serves in the “Capital Theater of Romance” and occasionally appears in films and TV shows in minor roles.
He tried to contact relatives already in adulthood. A few years ago, he managed to get through to Mordyukova, who was glad to hear her native voice. However, the next time the artist’s sister forbade Vladimir to talk to her: she was sure that he was trying to take the money of the famous grandmother. Vladimir met Vyacheslav Tikhonov at his anniversary. He specially performed a romance in honor of his grandfather, which touched the artist.
Tikhonov Jr. leads a closed life. He does not communicate with the press and does not maintain social networks, preferring to communicate with fans only at his performances.
