A vaccine certificate is given to someone who has been vaccinated against COVID-19, both in the first and second doses. Its existence is currently classified as important because it is a requirement for travel or access to a number of public facilities.

People who experience problems can send e-mails in the format:
- Full name
- NIK KTP
- Place and date of birth
- Mobile phone number
- Attach photo and vaccine card
So that it can be processed immediately, drg. Widyawati added, you can directly submit your complete biodata, take a selfie with your ID card, and explain your complaint.
