A total of eight members of the group coroner who was arrested by the police for ganging up on a truck driver in Cilincing, North Jakarta (Jakut). The police said that the perpetrator with the initials RF (26) played a role in hitting the driver’s mouth with his hand.
“He hit the driver’s mouth with his hands,” said North Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Guruh Arif Darmawan in a written statement, Monday (21/6/2021).
Some of the group also played a role in stopping the truck. While others knocked on the truck door.
“Then, KB (20) acted as a stopper for container trucks for the first time. In addition, there was MF (19) who also played a role in knocking on container doors,” said Guruh.
Furthermore, the perpetrators with the initials ARP (19) and MF (18) were the ones who knocked on the glass container using a yellow flag. Meanwhile, MF (18) and JR (22) both of them just stood on the motorbike as seen in the video that went viral a few days ago.
“Finally, RR (29) was also arrested by the police because she broke up the beating,” said Guruh.
It is known that the police have arrested the eight perpetrators of beating a truck driver in North Jakarta. Police said the eight perpetrators were friends of the deceased’s son.
“Then from the results of the interrogation, the alleged perpetrators were friends of the deceased’s children. Following the results of the interrogation, the team was able to secure the group of 8 suspected perpetrators. The suspected perpetrators were secured to the Cilincing Police,” explained Guruh.
The police managed to secure the eight perpetrators of the beating this afternoon at around 15:00 WIB. The eight perpetrators were arrested in the Jakarta area.
