PT Pertamina continues to educate people to use LPG gas according to its designation. As with household gas needs, people who are able to be asked should use it Bright Gas of 3 kilograms (kg) of gas, which is indeed intended for the poor.
Vice President for Promotion & Marketing Communication of PT Pertamina, Arifun Dhalia, said Pertamina’s Bright Gas products are twice as safe as ordinary LPG cylinders.
In addition, Bright Gas is also equipped with a holographic seal, so that the contents are more secure and consumers can immediately know whether the LPG cylinder is genuine or not.
Another advantage and the most important in the 5.5 kg and 12 kg Bright Gas tubes, is that there is a double valve technology that works to reduce excess gas pressure.
Bright Gas also offers convenience because it is easy to carry and is available at the nearest gas station and outlet, even a delivery service is available, and can be ordered via the My Pertamina application.
Bright Gas which has colorful tube colors is also equipped with security seal cap or a safer tube cover, because it uses technology double spindle and protective rubber. Therefore, this Bright Gas cylinder is safe and impact resistant.
Also, it has dual safety valves or DSVS. This DSVS technology serves to keep LPG gas from leaking. If one valve leaks, there is still one valve that holds the gas from leaking so that it is twice as safe as other LPG gas products.
Bright Gas is also equipped with a Safety Valve, its function is to release gas pressure slowly when the pressure in the cylinder is too high. This will reduce the risk of a tube explosion causing a fire.
The seal on Bright Gas is equipped with a QR Code, the code listed can be scanned with the QR Code application on a smartphone, to obtain information on the location of filling Bright Gas.
Pertamina, too, is now continuing to expand the marketing of Bright Gas to Alfamart, Indomaret, so that people, especially those living in residential areas, can more easily buy Bright Gas.
In the future, Pertamina will continue to provide education, increase product awareness, especially non-subsidized products.
Moreover, all non-subsidized products owned by Pertamina are now increasingly accessible to consumers, both through the Delivery Service through 135 call centers, and the Pertamina Delivery Service (PDS).
In fact, it can be ordered through the MyPertamina application, which can now serve the purchase of the Pertamax series at all Pertamina gas stations in Indonesia as well as product purchases at the Bright Store.
“It is planned that by the end of September, consumers will be able to purchase LPG products through the Pertamina Delivery Service feature. PDS services are currently served by 2 types of distribution agencies, for gas stations it has been served from 329 gas stations and 580 LPG agents to serve Bright Gas products all over Indonesia, “said Arifun.
