Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Bike Bersama Indonesia Tbk (BIKE) plans to hold an initial public offering (IPO)Initial Public Offering/IPOs). The owners are Andrew Mulyadi and Henry Mulyadi, each of whom holds a 50% stake.
After the IPO, their ownership will be diluted to 37.5% each, and the public’s share will be 25%. What are their profiles like?
Henry Mulyadi is the President Commissioner of BIKE, while Andrew Mulyadi is the President Director of BIKE. In the next line of management there is Tito Loho as Independent Commissioner and Winston Mulyadi as Director.
As quoted from the company’s prospectus, there is a familial relationship between members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners of the Company, namely between Andrew Mulyadi who is the father of Winston Mulyadi and Andrew Mulyadi who is Henry Mulyadi’s older brother.
Meanwhile, as quoted from the company’s official website, Tuesday (15/2/2022), Andrew Mulyadi was born in Jakarta in 1957. Andrew completed his education as a Bachelor of Accounting & Finance at Tarumanegara University in 1981 and also obtained a Master of Accounting degree from Tarumanegara University. . Currently he serves as the Director of the Joint Bicycle and also as a Director at PT Terang Dunia Internunsa.
Meanwhile, Henry Mulyadi was born in Jakarta in 1963, and is also one of the founders of Bike Bersama, who currently serves as the President Commissioner. He also currently holds a number of other positions including Director at PT Terang Dunia Internusa and President Director at PT Wahana Inti Utama and PT Bintang Mas Lestari.
Winston Mulyadi was born in Jakarta in 1994 and completed his education as a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Western Australia in 2016. In 2021, he joined Bike Bersama and has served as Director until now.
PT Bike Bersama Indonesia (“SBI”) was established in Tangerang in 2017. SBI is engaged in the bicycle wholesaler business. The company now has a total of 578 stores.
SBI is the largest brand holder and distributor of Genio Bike, United Bike and Avand bicycles.
SBI distributes more than 100 types of bicycles or more than 300 variants annually through a network of 319 stores spread across Java, Bali, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku and Papua.
SBI will offer a maximum of 323,334,000 shares in an initial public offering (IPO).Initial Public Offering/IPO), with an IPO price in the range of Rp 160 to Rp 170 per share.
With the IPO price range, the Total Initial Public Offering is Rp 51,733,440,000 to Rp 54,966,780,000.
At the same time as this Public Offering, the Company also issues a maximum of 161,667,000 Series I Warrants, provided that each holder of 2 (two) shares whose names are registered in the Allotment DPS will receive 1 (one) Series I Warrant.
All proceeds from the Public Offering, after deducting the issuance costs associated with the Public Offering, will be used entirely for working capital, in the form of purchasing the Company’s inventories.
Meanwhile, the funds obtained by the Company from the implementation of Warrant Series I, if implemented by the warrant holder, will be used entirely for the Company’s working capital, namely for the purchase of inventory of goods.
If the proceeds from the Public Offering are insufficient to finance all of the above activities, the Company will finance the planned use of these funds using internal cash obtained from operating activities or other funding.
