fat group:

Protein group:

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut or peanut butter, preferably homemade
  • 30 grams (or 2 tablespoons) of tuna
  • 1/3 cup of chickpeas
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of white cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of Labneh
  • two slices of cheese
