This is the man (23) who made cheese soufflé with an airfryer on the train: ‘I want to fight inflation’

It was not an everyday image for train passengers between Tilburg and Rotterdam on Tuesday afternoon: a man who, in a crowded train, fired up an airfryer and baked cheese soufflé among fellow passengers at his leisure. This is Izaak Mbungu (23) and he usually doesn’t bake them golden on the train, but in college. “That’s how I try to fight inflation.”
