The document also mentions the names of the suspects, namely Yoory Corneles, Anja Runtuwene, and Tommy Adrian. There is another one that has been charged as a suspect, namely a corporation in the name of PT Adonara Propertindo.

It is known that the name of the President Director of PD Sarana Jaya is Yoory Corneles Pinontoan. However, recently Yoory has been deactivated as Managing Director of PD Sarana Jaya.

Head of RT 5 RW 5 Pondok Ranggon, Teriyono, said that the land area is about 4.1 hectares. According to Teriyono, about 3 more hectares of land is included in the Pondok Ranggon area, while the rest belongs to the Munjul area. As far as Teriyono knows, the land is owned by a foundation.

Previously, Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri agreed NCP is currently investigating the case. However, Ali has not disclosed in detail.

“At this time, we are unable to convey the details of the case and the suspect because as it has been stated that the KPK policy regarding this matter is that the announcement of the suspect will be made when the arrest or detention of the suspect has been carried out. Currently the KPK investigative team is still completing its duties first,” he added.
