Important: This map will be in effect until June 5. Since then, this will be the one that will be in force.
The Xunta de Galicia announced a few minutes ago the new list of restrictions by municipalities that will come into effect on Saturday, May 29. In addition to Lobios, who remains at the maximum level of restrictions and confined, A Pobra do Caramiñal and Mos also rise to the extreme level.
These are the main changes:
- They will be in extreme level A Pobra do Caramiñal, Lobios and Mos.
- The municipalities of Ribeira, Ordes, Moraña, Ponte Caldelas and Viveiro. Ordes and Viveiro are the novelties, while Cambados, Vilanova de Arousa and Ordes leave this level.
- The municipalities of Boat of Valdeorras, Moaña, Ponteareas, Cambados, Bueu, Boiro, Rianxo, Cee, Xove, Cervo, Vilalba and Monforte de Lemos.
- The rest of the Galician municipalities are in the medium-low level.
The levels of restrictions
First level: extreme risk
At this level are those municipalities that exceed 500 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 14 days. From Saturday May 29 it will be A Pobra do Caramiñal, Lobios and Mos.
These municipalities will maintain the current measures:
- Total closure of hotels.
- Municipal perimeter closure.
- Meetings only cohabiting.
Second level: high
As of Saturday, May 29, these municipalities will be at this level: Ribeira, Ordes, Moraña, Ponte Caldelas and Viveiro.
- Meetings of up to ten people not living together outdoors and six indoors. Limited to only cohabitants in homes from 01:00 to 06:00 hours.
- Hospitality capacity: 50% terraces.
- Hospitality hours: Until 01:00 hours.
- Open sports facilities such as gyms and swimming pools: up to four people who are not living together can play sports together, but always with a mask.
- Mobility with the rest of the councils except those of maximum level
Third level: medium
In those that are below 250 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and above 150, these municipalities of Galicia have been found since Saturday, May 29: Boat of Valdeorras, Moaña, Ponteareas, Cambados, Bueu, Boiro, Rianxo, Cee, Xove, Cervo, Vilalba and Monforte de Lemos.
- Hospitality capacity: 30% indoors and 50% on the terrace.
- Hospitality hours: Until 01:00 hours.
- Meetings of up to ten people not living together outdoors and six indoors. Limited to only cohabitants in homes from 01:00 to 06:00 hours.
- Mobility with the rest of the councils except those of maximum level
- Open sports facilities such as gyms and swimming pools: up to four people who do not live together can play sports together, but always with a mask.
Fourth level: medium-low
All Galician councils below 150. They represent 85% of the community’s population.
- Hospitality capacity: 50% indoors and 75% on the terrace
- Hospitality hours: Until 01:00 hours.
- Meetings of up to ten people not living together outdoors and six indoors. Limited to only cohabitants in homes from 01:00 to 06:00 hours.
- Mobility with the rest of the councils except those of maximum level
- Open sports facilities such as gyms and swimming pools: up to four people who do not live together can play sports together, but always with a mask.
