Indonesian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Agus Maftuh Abegebriel disclose immigration data Habib Rizieq Syihab in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Agus revealed a number of reasons why Habib Rizieq could not leave Saudi Arabia, what were the reasons?
“The name Mohammad Rizieq Syihab (MRS) in the immigration portal system of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is still ‘blinking red’ with the words ta’syirat mutanahiyah (visa expired), and in another column it is written mukhalif (violators of the law). “‘Red blinking’ is the same as not being able to leave Saudi Arabia,” he added.
Agus said that in Arab immigration, Habib Rizieq was written as a ‘violator’. “There is also a column ‘ma’lumat al-mukhalif’ (data on offenders). In the MRS photo column it is written ‘Surah al-Mukhalif’ a photo of the offender,” said Agus.

Agus said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has never discriminated against foreign nationals (WNA) who violate the Arab immigration system. All of that has been recorded in the immigration system.
“Related to fines and sanctions punishment for foreigners who violate immigration, Saudi Arabia never discriminates because everything has a standard system. Start punishment fines and deportation (tarhil) andblacklist cannot enter Saudi Arabia, “he said.
Furthermore, Agus also explained his discharge exit permit or exit permits issued by immigration to Saudi Arabia. Indonesian citizens (WNI) who are overstay an exit permit can be issued, but with deportant status.
“5 years of experience working as a citizen citizen in Saudi Arabia, a habitual citizen solution overstay and immigration violations must go through a ‘biometric’ collection process at Tarhil (deportation) offices of Saudi Arabia. Nevertheless, he emphasized that it was the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that could explain in detail about the banning of Habib Rizieq. What is clear, said Agus, is that the Indonesian government has never prevented Habib Rizieq from returning to Indonesia.
“The one who can answer about the blocking of the MRS is the authority of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), because it is the KSA who knows best about the violations committed by the MRS. The Indonesian government has never prevented MRS from returning,” he said.
