Police reveal Rizky Sukma’s cause of death (33), a cupping therapist who was found dead buried under the Jatikarya Toll Road, Bekasi. The police said that the cause of Rizky’s death was because drown.
“(The cause) was suffocation,” said Jatisampurna Police Chief Iptu Santri Dirga when contacted detik.com, Monday (9/8/2021).
The conclusion was obtained from the results autopsy of the body. However, Dirga did not explain further what caused the victim to suffocate.
On the other hand, the police found signs of blunt force violence on the victim’s body. Previously, Dirga said that from the results of the crime scene, it was found that there was a collision on the head and face of the victim.
Although the cause of death is known, the police cannot conclude whether the victim was murdered. Dirga said the investigation process was still ongoing.
Cupping Therapist Examined
After examining three witnesses from the victim’s parents and witnesses at the location body discovery, the victim’s friends who work as cupping therapists have also been examined. But so far no significant information obtained by the police.
“They just ask us if they don’t have a problem or who their girlfriend is. But no one knows,” said Dirga.
The body of Rizky, a cupping therapist, was found by residents on Friday (6/8) around 11.00 WIB on the edge of the Jatikarya Toll Road. At that time the grasshopper was the first to find the victim’s body.
The police then questioned a number of witnesses at the scene. One of the witnesses at the scene said he heard a woman’s screams on Wednesday (4/8) night.
“Other witnesses said that the local residents heard a woman screaming for help on Wednesday night at around 23:00 WIB,” said Dirga when contacted, Saturday (7/8).
Rizky did go to work from his home on Wednesday (4/8) morning. Since then the victim has never returned to his home in East Jakarta.
