Head of the Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Division of the Bantul Regency’s Agriculture, Food, Maritime and Fisheries Office, Joko Waluyo said the cattle owned by breeder Rikadaru Efendi, a resident of Karangasem, Argomulyo, Sedayu District, were selected by a team from the Ministry of Agriculture and BBVET Wates.

He explained that the simental cow weighing 940 kilograms was bought by the president for Rp. 87 million. Later the cows remain in their owners until officers pick them up before the sacrifice day.
He will also monitor the health of cows until the coming Eid al-Adha so that cows remain in good health. Including other animal health.
“The cost of feed is borne by the previous owner, it will be taken on the day of the day,” said Joko.
