The Ioniq 5 was officially launched to the public at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) Hybrid 2022. However, it was introduced to President Joko Widodo when he inaugurated the PT Hundai Motor Manufakturing Indonesia plant in Cikarang (16/3/2022).

The Ioniq 5 is also the first Hyundai car to be equipped with level 2 autonomous safety technology. This feature controls the speed and distance to other vehicles, helping the driver to change lanes.

Then, there is a surround view monitor (SVM) or camera that gives the driver a 360-degree view of the vehicle. This feature makes it easier for the driver to maneuver, especially in confined or confined spaces.

The Ioniq 5 also has a Blind Spot View (BVM) monitor that visually displays the left and right rear areas via a digital screen. BVM will be active when the driver uses the turn signal during lane change.
