As a result of the health crisis generated by the coronavirus, several institutions moved their physical services to online. An example of this was the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) with payment of Family Health Insurance.
However, the agency clarified through its social networks that this process will be temporary.
The payment of the Health Insurance for the Family IMSS It can be done from the website or your bank’s app, capturing the exact amount to be settled and entering the following data:
- CLABE: 044180001088672782
- Account number: 00106867278
- Bank: Scotiabank
- Beneficiary Name: IMSS
- Reference: Social Security Number (11 digits, without spaces or hyphens)
After covering the payment, you must send the receipt and the last registration form to the email [email protected]. In the subject send the NSS.
Here is the annual cost of this insurance:
- 0 to 19 years – 4 thousand 650 pesos
- 20 to 29 years – 5 thousand 500 pesos
- 30 to 39 years – 5 thousand 850 pesos
- 40 to 49 years – 8 thousand 100 pesos
- 50 to 59 years – 8 thousand 450 pesos
- 60 to 69 years – 12,250 pesos
- 70 to 79 years – 12 thousand 700 pesos
- 80 and more – 12 thousand 750 pesos
The agency pointed out that if the payment is not made within the established period, the insurance will not be renewed.
