Tori Spelling (51) has five children with her ex-husband Dean McDermott (57): Liam (17), Stella (16), Hattie (12), Finn (11) and Beau (7). One child can be exhausting, but five is a very special number. Tori is grateful for every second she can free up. She manages to do this in an eccentric way, as she explained in her podcast ‘MisSPELLING’. The mornings are always particularly hard, when all the offspring have to be prepared for school. Tori’s solution: she simply lets her son Beau sleep in his school uniform, which she lays out for him in the evening.
Unorthodox ideas
“It’s so bad,” Tori confessed. “I’ve become very lazy with my youngest son because I have so many. In the evenings, I put him in his clothes for the next day. I convinced him that it’s cool.” So what does a typical evening look like for the Spellings? Does it always turn into stress so that mom and kids can sleep a few minutes longer the next morning? Here, too, Tori gave some insight: “He eats dinner, then sometimes he takes a bath, but then I tell him, hey, we’ll save ourselves five minutes and we can sleep longer if we get dressed now.”

Tori Spelling herself didn’t seem to be sure whether this was a good method, because she immediately asked if she was a bad mother. But she really has other worries, so we need to be patient: After 18 years of marriage, Tori filed for divorce from her husband in March of this year. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason. The couple’s marriage was stormy. Dean is said to have cheated on her several times. He was also in a rehab clinic several times.
