This is How to Get Rp 2.4 Million Cash Assistance for Micro Business Actors

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The government will provide direct cash grants worth IDR 2.4 million to the perpetrators micro business which will start on August 17, 2020.

Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs (Menkop UKM) Teten Masduki stated for micro business actors who want to get grant assistance working capital this can register itself with cooperatives in its territory.

“So we want to invite micro-entrepreneurs who have not received working capital and investment financing from banks to actively register themselves through the nearest cooperative service,” he said at a press conference at the Presidential Office, quoting his official release, Friday (14/8/2020) .

In addition, Teten said that those who are entitled to receive such assistance are micro business actors who are currently not receiving working capital and investment loans from banks (unbakable).

Meanwhile, the requirements include being an Indonesian citizen (WNI), having a Population Identification Number (NIK), having a micro business as evidenced by a letter of proposal from the applicant’s attachment, as well as non ASN, members of the TNI / POLRI, and employees of BUMN / BUMD.

He also said that later business actors would be identified and proposed by the Proposing Institution, including the Agency in charge of Provincial and Regency / City Cooperatives and MSMEs, cooperatives that have been legalized as legal entities, Ministries / Institutions, banking and finance companies registered with the OJK. , and Government Credit Program Channeling Agencies consisting of BUMN and BLU.

Then after that, the data that has been collected will be verified as being eligible or not receiving the assistance.

“The data will be verified and validated by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs together with the Ministry of Finance and OJK,” he said.

Meanwhile, he explained that if the micro business actors really deserve this assistance, the funds will be transferred directly to their respective accounts.

“So later the Rp 2.4 million fund will be sent directly by name by address to the recipient and this will be used for their working capital, “he said.
